Ghite studied dentistry at The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel and graduated in 1982. He then spent his time in General dental practice and developed his own multi-dental practice on the Ise Lodge Estate, Kettering from 1983 to 1993. He started gaining his orthodontic experience working as clinical assistant at Kettering General Hospital since 1982, and worked as an honorary consultant to 2018.

He started his orthodontic practice in 1993 located in Burton Latimer and later moved to Dryden Street and developed the specialist orthodontic multi-practice. He achieved his postgraduate orthodontic training programme at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. In 2000 he was awarded a Master of Science degree with distinction and a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England allowing him to be registered as a specialist orthodontist with the General Dental council.

Ghite was the principal of The Old School House Orthodontic practice. He presented his research project at the British Orthodontic Conferences and was a prizewinner.He is a mentor and supervises orthodontic training. He is a member of the Consultant Orthodontic Group and Orthodontic Specialist Group of British Orthodontic Society, British Dental Association, Fellow of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners at the Royal College of Surgeons and Asian Odontological Group. He also sits on the Local Northampton Dental Committee, Milton Keynes and Northampton Orthodontic Managed Clinical Network and the board of Portman Dental Care. He is a trustee of Kettering Old Grammar School Foundation and Chitrakoot Project (UK) looking after cleft care in India.

Outside work Ghite is very keen on travelling, sports, socialising, entertaining and is involved working with local charities. He is married to Amrit and they have five lovely children.

Andras graduated as a dentist with distinction from Semmelweis University in 2005. After becoming a specialist orthodontist he stayed at the University treating complex orthodontic cases, undertaking research and teaching orthodontics in Hungarian, English and German. He also holds an MSc degree in biomedical engineering.

Several European grants supported him in his search for excellence in dentistry and orthodontics abroad including internships (Germany, Croatia) and more extensive training (Sweden, France). He regularly participates in international conferences, congresses, meetings, workshops and courses to make sure he is up-to-date with the latest advancements of the profession.

Andras is on the specialist list of the GDC. He is a member of the British, British Lingual, Europian and Hungarian Orthodontic Societies. He is a certified Invisalign and Incognito provider.

Besides clinical excellence, he is a proud father who enjoys photography, Argentine tango and languages. He speaks English, French, German and Hungarian.

Dr Kashif Mirza

Dr Mirza was born in London. He graduated from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan in 1996 and gained his Bachelors in Dental Surgery.

In 2006, he passed his International Qualifying Exams with the General Dental Council to allow him to practice dentistry in the United Kingdom.

To further his knowledge in Orthodontics he went to Warwick University and successfully gained Certificate in Orthodontics He continued with further education and upgraded the Certificate in Orthodontics into M(Clin) Dent i.e., Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics from BPP University in London.

Dr Mirza prides himself in updating his knowledge and clinical skills by regularly attending continuous professional development courses.

He is proud in providing several patients a beautiful smile. His patients claim that their straight teeth and smile has boosted their self esteem and confidence.

Dr Mirza provides his Orthodontic services to practices in Kent, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Norwich Dr Mirza believes that prevention is better than cure. Hence he emphasises on maintaining a meticulous oral hygiene and a low sugar diet.

Dr Mirza loves travelling. He has travelled to Asia, Africa, Europe and America.

Dr Mirza is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi languages.

George gained his dental degree in 2006 from Carol Davila Medical University, Bucharest and he is a specialist Orthodontist on the specialist registrar. He has been registered with the GDC since 2010.

From the beginning of his career he has developed a keen interest in Orthodontics. He has completed the Certificate in Orthodontics at Warwick university and an MSc in Orthodontics at Carol Davila.

He is an Invisalign provider since 2013, certified in WIN Lingual Orthodontics,Damon System, MBT and Myobrace.

He is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and European Orthodontic Society.

In the spare time he enjoys travelling, theatre and playing squash.

Sarah Meadows Ed

Mrs Meadows studied dentistry at Guy’s Hospital in Kings College London graduating in 2004. She looked straight to higher learning and secured postgraduate orthodontic specialty training at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. During this time Mrs Meadows gained her Masters in Orthodontics and the Intercollegiate Membership from the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2010 enabling her to enter the Specialist List.

Mrs Meadows went onto further training to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2012 allowing her to take the post of Consultant Orthodontist at Northampton General Hospital. She took this post for seven years with additional roles as Governance Lead and later Clinical Lead for the Maxillofacial Unit.

Currently Mrs Meadows is working as Lead Consultant in Orthodontics and Governance Lead for the Maxillofacial Unit at Kettering General Hospital (KGH) up to present day.

In addition to her post at KGH Mrs Meadows provides private orthodontic treatment in practices both at the Old School House and in Uppingham.

Within these settings she provides care for the most complex orthodontic concerns including combined oral surgery and orthodontics, cleft palate care, provision of aesthetic fixed braces (ceramic/metal), invisalign and mini screws (infinitas).

Mrs Meadows is part of the British Orthodontic Society, the Consultant Orthodontic Group, is external advisor for the LDC and Chairs the Local Orthodontic Committee. She attends the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire Clinical Effectiveness Committee and is an Educational Supervisor for Junior Dental Core trainees and an Orthodontic Registrar.

Mrs Meadows has presented her research at the British Orthodontic Conference and published articles in peer reviewed journals.

Outside of work she enjoys travel, sport and reading. She is married to John Meadows and has a young family.
